A dining table for 4, and 4 comfy club chairs and side tables to maximize your gulf front patio enjoyment. 

Our private vacation condo 507 features a Sea Inspired Beach themed décor, with all the creature comforts of home to make your vacation a memorable one! Simply pack your suitcase and we will provide the rest.

The kitchen has "New" stainless steel appliances, beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, right down to a crock-pot, and grilling tools.

A Full-sized laundry room with new washer and dryer, and plenty of storage space for all your beach toys.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large 50" Smart HDTV, for Netflix, and has free cable along with a Blue-Ray DVD player, and Vizio Sound Bar for Optimal Sound, and Bluetooth Music. The living room has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, directly overlooking the beach. 

Relax after the beach in a full-sized leather lazy boy recliner, my personal favorite!

The Living Room Sofa is a Queen Sofa Sleeper, for 2 additional guests, and additional seating. 

The large dining room table is perfect for a family affair, and a fun game night with the family, with seating for 6 an additional 2 at the Kitchen Bar.

Watch the waves of the Gulf while drifting to sleep, with Floor to Ceiling windows this Master Suite has it all, Views galore and a Bed Fit for a King. Enjoy a luxurious King sized Tempur-pedic "I Coolz" Bed.

The Master Bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, oversized vanity with Granite countertop, linen closet, and plenty of drawers and cabinets, and a large walk in closet, a Smart HDTV 42" flat screen with cable, Netflix ready and DVD player for those relaxing quiet moments, and direct balcony access to the large gulf front deck with amazing views. 

The Second Bedroom has a luxurious Euro Queen Pillow top mattress for a great night’s rest while on vacation. The second bedroom has direct access door to the second bathroom, and features a large 42" Smart HDTV with cable, and Netflix capable for those relaxing moments. A large storage closet, with hangers, dresser and a seating bench. 

The ‘bunk room’ features a twin over twin bunk bed, with a 40" flat screen HDTV Smart TV with cable, Netflix ready and DVD player. 

**All bedrooms, living room and bunk room are equipped with Large Flat Screen Smart HDTV’s, cable and DVD players for your family’s enjoyment.
